  O.K., so I changed my mind.  I want to say a few words about Disclaimer II, but I will not run my dagger through Seether's lyrics as I would not spear a Shakespeare sonnet.  Too over the top?   1) Gasoline .  See the post from February 28, 2021 Classic Seether Gasoline - A New Adventure.  2) 69 Tea .  The more I listen to this, the more I want to listen to it.  What is it telling me? At this point I've been listening to so many interviews that Shaun's own interpretation is interwoven in my own.  From him, it's about being in pain and having organized religion do nothing but tell you to have faith and believe in something you can't see.  The lyrics are very interesting.  Being part of an organized religion compared to being in a mental health facility.  People in an organized religion being fake "trendsetters".  Some of those people who are religious would likely listen to the "Save me smiling Jesus, get off tha...

M y title is not all that accurate since I continue to enjoy my "gateway drug" the most, but their music has lead to other music and musicians. Amazon Music and Spotify have Seether Radio which gives you Seether songs plus related music by other bands.  This is not perfect, of course.  The Seether songs played are the most well know selections, that is mostly those played on the radio as singles such as Fake It, so the music played by the other bands are often the same ones, but I get a taste of music I may want to hear more of.  I've also found music I have heard before, in the past.  In listening to interviews with Seether, one of the questions often asked is their musical influences and who they listen to.  Shaun has mentioned Nirvana, of course, Rage Against the Machine and both Shaun and Dale mentioned Pantera.  Bands they've become fans of through hearing them during tours and those they listen to before a show to get them going include Chevelle, Seve...
